Jacob's Ladder festival draws international musicians Jacob's Ladder, the biannual music festival also known as the Anglo mimouna, will open Thursday on the Kinneret for a three-day, extended celebration of Irish, bluegrass, country, folk and blues music. The Abrams Brothers, a pair of teenage bluegrass gospel musicians who made their Israel debut at the festival last year, will be returning from Canada this year. Other performers from abroad include Grammy nominated folk singer 'SONiA,' who is arriving from the U.S., as well American soul singer Utah Green and British folk singer Pete Morton.
